These L.E.D lights are specifically made for planted aquariums. They are available at any size that you want or that is suitable for your tank. The lights are made of SMD strips that are twice as bright as your conventional L.E.D's that are available at pet shops. These Lights emit at a k (kelvin) and have lumens per meter which is perfect for growing aquarium plants. The pet shop led's are very expensive and the quality should not be measured with their price. The L.E.D's have been tested in many of my aquariums and are working perfectly. Plants grow extremely well under it and noticeable pearling in the plants are extensive. They are economical and easy to use.The price is Per Meter and one Meter of these L.E.D's provide enough lumens to light up A 100L aquarium with High Light plants. L.E.D (Specifications) lumens p/m K hrs lifetime Waterproof 1.5 A per m power consumption 12v Power supply Contact me for more details. Delivery by courier.

All aquatic organisms excrete wastes and aquatic plants and organisms eventually die. These activities create ammonia. Some bacteria in the water change this ammonia to produce nitrite which is then converted by other bacteria to nitrate. Nitrates (NO3-) are an oxidized form of nitrogen and are formed by combining oxygen and nitrogen. Nitrates also come from the earth. Soil contains organic matter, which contains nitrogen compounds. Just like the ammonia in water, these nitrogen compounds in the soil are converted by bacteria into nitrates.
