To provide guidance and training to staff in the department to increase skill level for further development Ensure that all refrigeration and electrical plant/equipment comply with the relevant regulations Ensure that the 11kV/400V supply system is maintained, checked and serviced as per manufacturer’s specifications and statuary requirements To ensure compliance with the relevant Safety Acts, regulations and standards. Ensure that refrigeration plants are performing at optimal levels of performance Maintenance of equipment is done according to sound maintenance management principles. Manage contractors doing electrical and/or refrigeration plant maintenance and installation. 6 monthly Infrared inspections to eliminate hot connections.
