PA TO HR DIRECTOR IN SOUTH AFRICA
A established national security company located in Tyger Valley requires the services of a PA to assist the HR Director with the following: 1. Compilation of reports and documentation; 2. Filing and administrative duties; 3. General follow up across the Group in respect of HR related matters; and 4. Liaise with external providers relating to HR matters. The minimum qualifying requirements in terms of the following: 1. Grade 12; 2. Business or Administrative Diploma; 3. Advanced competency in terms of Microsoft Office Suite; 4. Excellent command in respect of compilation of reports and documentation; 5. Excellent command of English language; and 6. Able to work well under pressure and excellent attention to detail.
