The Native Instruments Traktor Kontrol D2 is a portable deck specifically designed to fit into any current DJ set-up and utilise Traktor Pro 2 software and the New STEMS multi-channel audio format. Offering a large number of controls and high-resolution colour screen the Traktor D2 is befitting of any current DJ booth, bringing the advanced capabilities of Traktor to any current set-up. The Traktor D2 is also compatible with NI¿s new Stems format that offers control over four channels of audio per track for unbridled mixing and live remixing opportunities. The Traktor D2 comfortable fits into a DJ bag for portability letting you bring the power of the Traktor to any DJ booth, loosing the necessity for dedicated DJ controllers, with an integrated stand the unit also sits comfortably next to existing mixers or CD decks. Located to the rear of the unit are your USB connections, which can power the unit but also with additional ports allow for daisy chaining reducing the ports required on a laptop. A plethora of controls are present that include touch strips, performance pads, faders, transport controls plus touch sensitive rotary encoders that bring the large colour screen and its dedicated smart views to life. These views give instant access to pretty much every function of Traktor that you need to access without the need to look at a laptop, allowing you to browse, access and edit beat grids, control and alter FX chains, mix Stem files, take control of remix sets plus more. Included with Traktor D2 is the award winning Traktor Pro 2 software which helps you make the most of track preparation for fast browsing and organising your set lists, automatic syncing and key matching, plus of course there are the amazing effects and FX chains that can be compiled to create your own distinctive sound.
