MANAGER FOR BUSY PUB/RESTAURANT IN SOUTH AFRICA
Will be required to oversee large team of staff in the kitchen and front of house. Responsibilities will include: Staff Management (Induction, Disciplinary and training) Kitchen Management Stock control Cash control Managing wastage Health and safety Marketing Ensuring restuarant and Bar is running at optimum Must be able to deal with rowdy customers at times Need to have a passion for the industry Should have a strong personality and be able to think on ones feet. Requirements: Grade 12, a Hospitality qualification or 4+ years in the Hospitality industry in a management position. Must have bar and kitchen experience.
