Janie is a pretty medium size female Collie cross and is around 2 years old. She walks well on a leash and has a nice energy and temperament. She is a friend to all and will be a great companion for any family as long as they are somewhat active with a big yard and another dog friend. She is intelligent and will do good with an owner who will teach her further. Janie already has pretty good manners. She is excellent with other dogs and is currently in a pack of a few other females of all sizes and ages, including her best friend who she met at the shelter, Maya, a curly coated retriever (as seen in the photos with Janie). Janie enjoys playing with her friends and loves running around. She will make a fantastic hiking partner! What makes Janie a great dog is that she is a good size, you can put her in the back seat, she has good leash manners and she has great social skills, so you can take her anywhere with you and she will love it!
