The easy-to-use touchscreen works with gloves in inclement weather. The included shaded relief basemap is supplemented by a one-year subscription of BirdsEye satellite imagery. This high-resolution satellite imagery provides brilliant clarity and detail, allowing users to conceptualize nuances in terrain and environment. Featuring four-gigabytes of built-in memory, the Montana 610 stores up to 4000 waypoints and 200 routes, alongside downloadable maps at extra cost. MicroSD-expandable memory (card not included) allows you to swap out different maps when you're engaging in different activities, such as hunting, backpacking, and boating. Its dual-battery system ensures plenty of juice for extended adventures, with the included, rechargeable lithium-ion battery lasting 16-hours. Three batteries provide back-up power when you're running low in the wilderness.
