  Elephant Garlic is not a true garlic but a stem leek, which produces massive bulbs approximately 10cm in diameter. The cloves are also much larger than conventional garlic with a milder taste, making it suitable for a wide choice of culinary uses, especially roasting. Can be planted year round but best to be harvested in spring for the best tasting garlic cloves. This garlic has been grown specifically for us by an export grower. They are a mix of medium and large cloves. Available in packs of 10 cloves, 100 cloves & 1 000 cloves. Pricing on larger quantities is available on request.
