FOREMAN POSITION AVAILABLE IN SOUTH AFRICA

FOREMAN   Based in Firgrove, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting the Farm Manager with all his functions and to ensure the general vineyard functions are completed according to standards.   Main Duties   ·        Supervises contractors with new plantings ·        Supervises all tractor and handwork on farm ·        Harvesting of grapes ·        Supervises pruning and topping of mature vines ·        General   A more elaborative and detailed job description will be issued and discussed during the induction process.   Minimum Education and Experience   ·        Minimum grade 12 / Senior Certificate will be beneficial ·        At least 1 year experience in vineyards ·        A code 08 license is essential and code14 would be advantageous   Please send all applications to Christo Schoeman/Bernadine de Winnaar by Friday 10 October .   If you did not hear from us by 17 October , you should assume that your application was unsuccessful and no further correspondence will be entered into.
