Our client is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Floor Manager that will provide service excellence to their guests. Main Purpose of the Job: Responsible for the effective management of operations, with specific regard to: achieving profitability in specific areas, improving of standards of operation, maximizing customer satisfaction, facilities and product maintenance and enhancement, duty management shifts Education, experience and competencies required: Grade 12 Hotel School Diploma or equivalent National Qualification (Travel & Tourism etc) 5-6 years experience of which at least 3 years' experience in a supervisory role Work conditions and special requirements: Ability to work long hours evening shifts
