A well know recognized global leader in modem technology for HF and VHF radio communications is currently searching for an Component Logistics Officer Engineer Area: Lynnwood Salary: Negotiable depending on current salary package Qualifications Required: Grade 12 and any other applicable tertiary courses. Minimum of 3 years’ experience required in Electronic Components Industry. Knowledge and handling of small electronic components is a definite advantage. Computer Literate in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook Strong administrative skills Duties: Controlling electronic component inventory Components receiving and dispatch. Packing electronic components into ‘Kits’ using a Control Document Transporting these “Kits” to a different manufacturing location (at this stage +-12Km from RapidM). Updating the Inventory System with component movement and locations (MS Excel). Liaising with third party manufacturers on status of Kits. Maintenance and upkeep of Components Store Room. Yearly Stock counting of all components, both on-site and at manufacturers.
