DEBT COUNSELLOR IN SOUTH AFRICA

My client is urgently looking to employ a Debt Counsellor. Roles and Responsibilities: Restructure the consumers budget and send for approval to the consumer. Offer support to over-indebted consumers. Ensure that the repayment plan is in line with industry rules. Ensure that the consumer will benefit from Debt Review. Investigate reckless lending. Attend of NCR workshops and training sessions. Assist debt review consultants with debt review related matters. Maintain relationships with relevant stake holders. Ensure that NCR Debt Help is updated in accordance to time frames of the Debt Review Process. Assist with Statistical returns. Review of NCR Complaints to identify area's for improvement. Requirements: Matric or equivalent NQF certification. Registered Debt Counsellor with the NCR. In depth knowledge of the National Credit Act of and Regulations and NCR Task Team Agreements. In depth knowledge of the Debt Review process in line with the NCA, Task Team agreements and Regulations. 1-2 years experience in a supervisor / management role in debt review. Computer Literate. Must have experience on Debt Counselling system and PDA. Salary offered: Between R - R depending on experience. Please forward cv's to
