Dala Deco Varnish (Matt) - 1L   Dala Deco varnish is a pure acrylic, water based varnish that provides a non-yellowing matt finish to all decoupage projects. New acrylic resin technology has enabled us to manufacture a water-based, entry-level varnish that outperforms all of its predecessors.
