COW CAM SEEKS LOCAL STAFF IN SOUTH AFRICA

COW CAM A large number of road accidents are caused by cows stepping onto the road, crossing the road, resting on the black tar and distracting drivers. Identification of cows close to the road, or on the road occurs via the propose cameras monitoring the roads. The cameras are placed in those areas where cows are often found on the roads and monitored by local staff at the pound via the wireless network. Local people and drivers who report the cows will be rewarded by airtime / data for reporting cows that are successfully found and placed in the pound. When a cow is seen on the camera or reported, the team and vehicle will go collect the cow or cows and bring it back to the pound for safe keeping. The cow will be fed, looked after and kept safe until the owner claims the cow, AS PER THE PROPOSED BY LAWS.
