CHEF / DRIVER IN SOUTH AFRICA

Experienced driver. Experienced chef. Valid South African drivers licence. Would ideally suit Zimbabwea or Malawian with a valid working permit for South Africa. Previous experience working/managing a safari tented camp or hunting camp. This includes the ability to do logistics and buy groceries, cook on open fires etc. Must stay close to Val de Vie and Paarl. Duties at the House: - Washing cars once a week - Garden Maintenane - Swimming pool maintenance - Keeping windows and patio clean - Cleaning garage once a week - Training and looking after hunting dog every day. Groom once a week - Weekdays evening cooking Duties for Camping Holidays - Drive to and from destinations and set up camp - Doing daily camp maintenance and housekeeping - cleaning tents and making beds. Washing dishes. Tidying of camp area and fire pits. Collect firewood. Cooking - Skinning game, butchering and processing of meat (will be trained) - Cleaning fish and collecting bait. Cleaning and maintaining of fishing equipment (will be trained) DRIVER DUTIES: - Daily driver including evenings, pick up and drop offs to airport - Buying groceries and other household stuff Working 6 days per week, No work on Sundays except whtn doing trips.
