CARE UNIT MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

The position is for a experienced, motivated, effective individual who will manage the care component of retirement villages, frail care and step down facilities. The requirements are: 1. A love for the elderly and Positive attitude 2. Qualified Social Worker or other appropriate qualification 3. Knowledge of Geriatrics and frail care 4. Knowledge of the Older Persons Act 5. Knowledge and experience with labour laws 6. Strong administrative skills, organized and systematic 7. Good computer skills (MS Excel) 8. Experience in personnel management and administration 9.
