The Clustered Bellflower forms a thick low-growing clump of leaves that send up 50cm stems with clusters of the deepest purple flowers. Superba adds a very unique look to any garden or bed. The spreading clump should be dug up for division every third or fourth year. The plant is attractive to bees, butterflies, and birds and also makes an excellent cut flower.
