BRUIN ALE IN SOUTH AFRICA
Roasted malt and brown sugar are blended with Pils malt to create this Trappist ale from one of Belgium’s six official abbey breweries. It has a massive fruit bouquet full of raisins and sultanas along with biscuity malt. The long, bittersweet palate and finish have rich, chewy malt, tart hops and burnt fruit. Hazy reddish brown in colour Creamy off-white head Fruit and malt on the nose, with a balanced flavour between bitter and sweet and a complex finish
