BEAUTIFULLY EXECUTED & ORNATE FRAME GR8 SIZE VINTAGE OIL ON IN SOUTH AFRICA

As photographed and described. I regard as large, but note measurements to gauge. It measures with the frame approximately height 62cm and the length across 82cm. Believed to be a European scene so would think the artist likewise so listed under International art. Trying to show texture Wow! Signed bottom right hand corner. I cannot for the life of me make it out. Think the last few letters are oli.  If anyone can help out, that would be great (from style etc?) Stunning frame Canvas has a small stretch to it where the frame is in the middle of the wire. Difficult to photograph and by all accounts unseen when displaying.
