Pressing the page button mutes all audio playback and plays one of 8 selectable chimes, opening the microphone to the selected zone(s). Pressing the reset button mutes the microphone and resumes background music playback to all zones. This system offers 4-zone paging without the additional cost of using a quad amplifier.
