Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday Responsibility: To facilitate this growth, the manager is seeking a commercially minded and entrepreneurial assistant to provide effective support and take responsibility for the following areas: Maintaining and growing the two contact databases for each conference from a variety of sources - including via LinkedIn. To help locate and review new sources for targeting key audiences Managing updates to the websites using WordPress such as speakers’ biographies and photos Preparing PowerPoint presentations and other marketing collateral Analyse and process data and analytics data from an email marketing platforms Draft email campaigns Assist with the production of the quarterly publication Maintaining ticketing records via Excel and drafting letters of engagement to clients Ad hoc support for both existing conferences, plus a new conference being brought to market in June 2020.
