Paella cooked fresh event

We come to your event or party anywhere in and around Gauteng. Chicken, chorizo, sweet peppers, peas, prawns, mussels, clams, calamari and yellow-tail are prepared and cooked up in white wine fresh by Chef in our authentic paelleras (paella pans). The Braai!  Snoek or Yellow-Tail, Dorado or Angelfish with chef’s special filling - grilled to perfection!  Grilled Langoustines or prawns, Chef’s secret spices and sauces or… fresh mussels in white wine sauce.  Fish Steaks - Salmon, Kingklip or Cob. Served with hot chips and a salad on the side! The Fisherman’s Feast! A Shellfish feast cooked in Chef’s special beer broth and served on an open table spread, with delicious sides and sauces. Seafood Paella! Chef cooks up some delicious chicken, prawns, mussels, clams, calamari and yellowtail.
