Eschewing the ironic humour that deflates most horror films (think DR GIGGLES) ZOMBIE TRANSFUSION plays it straight with plenty of on-screen violence--limbs torn off like chicken wings, arterial blood sprays--to thrill splatter fans and assorted sadists.
