ONE DAY CAPE NEW MUSIC WORKSHOPS....in FEB-MARCH -APRIL 2016. THIS IS DEFINITELY AIMED AT YOU - YOUNG BLOOD- CAPE TOWN-SURROUNDING AREAS, LOOKING FOR- NEW TALENT!!! New and up and coming wannabe garage bands- solo artists and small bands and vocalists- mixed styles emerging pop rock singers and songwriters, living in the CAPE TOWN area. The ONE DAY CAPE - MUSIC WORKSHOPS are offering the following. The day cost of 6 hour workshop from 12 noon, will offer each booked music person, entry at R1950 per person- Whether its a band- solo duo trio- bigger or smaller new group in the making. If you book in advance, you will get R150 off per person. The workshop is limited to 26-36 people, on a SATURDAY AFTERNOON. 2/3 VENUES UNDER DISCUSSION, WILL BE WITHIN 40 - 80 Kms OF THE mOTHER cITY. There will be a mix of professional music related sessions. Namely- what does it taker to form a band How do you choose various musicians What instruments and sound are you going for. Some individual vocal-=and instrument teaching will be included. The Cape Music Workshops on a select SATURDAY, will also look for community original songwriters and raw MUSIC talented new muso's. World Entertainment Cape Town Event Management, will look to market the new talent after the workshops. Through the Event organiser/s with over 25 years music industry knowledge-expertise in SA POP ROCK CULTURE and any invited professional to guest at the workshops, will offer a cool days entertainment and getting -undiscovered NEW MUSICIANS - to play and JAM together. MUSIC WORKSHOP BONUS TO COME ALONG. Added options to manage new acts from the twice monthly weekend workshops- market on social media - open opportunities to record and play on Festival platforms, are part of the sessions planned. You need to be at least 14-16 years old- MALE AND FEMALE ENTRIES ARE WELCOME. NEW fresh garage- School-College BANDS- artists welcome. NEW Bands will have separate input sessions to solo performers -and other music talent at the workshop.
