Yoga Instructor Tracy Collyer, from the Yoga Sanctuary Glenashley, was trained in Coimbatore India with the Integral Yoga Institute. With years of experience she will be guiding us on a journey of de- stressing and uplifting the physical, emotional and mental body. Set in Thornwood’s tranquil location the yoga and meditation sessions will move you to connect to a deeper level of yourself. Be inspired by your surroundings of unspoilt bush where you will encounter flora and fauna both big and small to bring you back in touch with nature. Trees provide many analogies to human development and with guidance from artist Michelle McClunan we can explore how we identify with them through process art. Process art is essentially spontaneous “in the moment” creative expression, creating without planning, and requires absolutely no acknowledged artistic ability or experience.
