This is not a standard wendy house, the walls of the wendy house have been extended upwards, to allow better headroom. The walls are 2,2m high. The entire wendy has a 76X50mm pine structure making it extremely sturdy and durable, not like the normal wendy's that have a 38X38mm brandering frame. The floor of the wendy, is a sturdy 114X38mm structure. The wendy would need to be lifted and transported in one piece, as dismantling this one would take too long. Buyer would need to collect in Walkerville, load himself and transport himself. The walls have all been coated with carbolineum, to prevent decay and ward off insect infestations.
