We would like to manage your rental property, our services include the following: • To collect all rentals due, • Providing monthly tenants and owners statements invoices and giving receipts therefore and to • Providing the owner with monthly accounting of rents received and expenses paid out. • To collect all the property security deposits and keep them on the Trust account as per the South African Legal requirement • To pay out the monthly rental collected from the tenant to the owner on the 5th day of every month • To collect from tenants municipality services and pay out to the municipality on behalf of the owner • To advertise the property and display signs thereon • To rent and lease the property; to sign, renew and cancel rental agreements and leases for the property or any part thereof • To sue and recover for rent and for loss or damage to any part of the property and/or furnishings thereof; and, when expedient, to compromise, settle and release any such legal proceedings or lawsuits at the owners’ costs.
