WAGE CLERK | FOOD WAREHOUSE KILLARNEY GARDENS, CAPE TOWN | R8 000 – R10 000 PER MONTH NEGOTIABLE TO EXPERIENCE PERMANENT POSITION | START ASAP Our client is a leader in developing, manufacturing and supplying a wide range of quality food products to major and small business around South Africa. They are seeking an experienced Wage Clerk to join their successful team REQUIREMENTS Matric Minimum 1 year working experience on VIP system Able to work accurately Have strong knowledge and understanding of VIP system Attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and manage Payroll processes of employees Gather all Payroll related data Process Payroll for ± 200 employees Entering all sick notes and leave forms onto VIP system Preparation of weekly payslips on VIP Review and calculate timesheets data and hours worked Calculate wages and overtime wage sheets Create and run wage sheets and reports Manage, maintain and update Payroll related data Dealing with payroll related STAFF queries Update wages sheets and schedules Answer and clarify employees on payroll related inquiries Submit payroll reports and sheets on time to the related department Assist administrative staff in processing payrolls of new hires or terminated ones Record keeping of employment contracts ensure that all employee details and required documents are correct Filling and record keeping of dismissal and warning forms Weekly collection of timesheets and leave forms Assist and complete employee exit procedures General office administration – filing, etc Preparing of all relevant progress reports and managing their deadlines (EE reports/skills Reports, etc) Ensure that personnel records are kept up to date (personal details, position, wages, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training, awards etc) and report accordingly as required Drafting of new and amended employment contracts Ensure that all HR templates are updated and relevant Submission of workman’s compensation in case of any accidents UIF Registration of all new employees as well as termination employees APPLY WITH YOUR MOVE PERSONNEL - TODAY!
