VACANCY: TEXTILE DYER – DURBAN – CLOTHING INDUSTRY IN SOUTH AFRICA

An experienced Textile Dyer is required for a new position in Durban. · Must have a good eye for colour. · Ability to establish a dye recipe quickly. · Addressing quality issues eg. Stains, creases etc. · Fabric tests. · Colour matching. · Ensuring bulk conforms to customer specs in terms of shade, wash, light and rub fastness. · Ensuring daily production targets are met. · Establishing process routes for new developments. · Setting up and maintaining ISO standards. · Experience with Nylon dyeing essential.
