Requirements 1 head to shoulder picture smiling 1 full length picture in formal clothes and in casual clothes smiling Fluent in the English Language neutral accents- I will have a telephonic chat with candidates Customer care/service experience is important Hi End Clothing Retail knowledge is important- Top shop, cotton on, Burberry, Country road, Aldo, H&M These positions are not easy to fill as we have a lot of screening we do in order to get the right candidates.
