The room fits a double bed and has built in cupboards. Included in the rent is water and a garage with a remote control. The flat has parquet flooring throughout, except the kitchen and bathroom. It boasts a large and sunny lounge (awesome for those lazy days), views of the city and balcony for some fresh air. The flat is located within walking distance of the my citi bus stop as well as buzzing Kloof street with its many eateries. Unfortunately no pets allowed.
