On the rolls there are inscriptions: ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿, above and 20 ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿, underneath in two lines; 1997, the year of coin issue - on the left and designations of Ag 925 and 31,1, coin`s pure weight - on the right.On the coin reverse in the center, there is a depiction of Kyiv City Council building, in which the first Contract Fair took place (from the drawing `The Facade of the old Kyiv fortress` by M.Razhen (1775-1786). On the foreground, there is the Podil embankment from Dnipro side and a moored-two-mast ship. Above on the left, there is a depiction of scales.
