On November 9, 1918, its government was formed ¿ the State Secretariat of WUPR. The Law of November 13, 1918, secured the supremacy and sovereignty of the people. On the coin obverse against the background of the flag there are: the semicircular inscription - ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ ¿¿¿¿ ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ (National Bank of Ukraine) above, under which - the Small National Emblem of Ukraine, the coin face value ¿ 2/¿¿¿¿¿¿ (2/hryvnias); to the left ¿ the lion (from the WUPR coat of arms); beneath, between the ornamentation patterns, the coin issue year - 2008 and the logotype of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint (on the right).
