I have very good skills and experience in the following:- Skills: •Hydraulics and Pnuematics systems (scraping and fixing) •Pumps and gearboxes services (scraping and fixing)Installation of new machines •Tig welding aluminium and stainless steels •Arc welding,brazing and Co2 •Conveyors (belt and chain) •Alignment of machines •Measuring tools and equipments •Fabrication of structures •Lathe operations (parallel turning,thread cutting,keys and key ways) •Cutting materials (grinding,gas cutting,guillotine etc) •Fault finding and rectifying •Planned,Preventive and unplanned maintenance •Drawing interpretation Very good experience in:- •Beverage and snacks machines (filling and cupping machines) •Packaging machines (plastic packaging e.g plastic bottles production and packaging) •Oils Industry (oil refining company making lubrications oil from used oil) •Wood machines (peeling,block boards,ceiling and furniture machines) •Stainless steels industry (making balustrades and staircases) •Manufacturing industry (turning,fitting and welding) •CNC operations Good in English both speaking and writing Available as soon as possible Willing to relocate
