THE LOT SENIOR STOCK CONTROLLER IN SOUTH AFRICA

We are looking for a results driven Senior Stock Controller to be responsible for the overall stock management system at our Head Quarters. The successful candidate will be able to enhance current practices, meet objectives and portray sound leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: *Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner. *Complete all necessary stock takes. *Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved *Developing of documentation and improved business systems *Unpack orders and stock shelves as required. *Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding and maximizes stock system and paperwork accuracy. *Be responsible for managing and running planned stock takes. *Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system *Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved. *Checking stock; quality control, labelling *Facilitating stock distribution to all branches *Ensuring stock room is neat and organised at all times- ensure stock is sorted in allocated area as per garment description. *Ensuring all items has a price and description *Keeping track of the garments and their location and description *Keep track and reporting of stock replenishments *Keep track of stock distribution *Update and control stock catalogue *Controlling stock entering and existing head quarters Key Attributes: *Innovative *Computer literate *Previous work experience in stock distribution would be an advantage *Time management *Organisation skills *Meticulous and sharp *Matric *Have the ability to work on a team or independently *Trustworthy *Thorough *Ability to work in fast pace environment *Multi-tasking *Reliable *Leadership skills *Communication skills If you think you have what it takes to be a apart of this fast growing,unique fashion company- Please email us at admin@ilovethelot.com with your latest CV and recent photograph.
