This is a newly constructed complex situated at Cnr vermooten and van der linde Princess Roodepoort, the complex is called Linden Lane. I have already signed a 12 months contract which will expire next year end of July. I just need my rent and key deposit of R. I pay R for this place. I moved in for R with all their admin fees you will only move in for R no admin fees.
