STUDIO AVAILABLE IN ATHLONE IN SOUTH AFRICA

My little studio on my parents' property has become available while I'm away studying for a number of years. The studio has an in-built oven and stove, shower and toilet, an area for a washing machine and a little lounge with a fireplace. The kitchenette has little cupboards for one or two plates, a pot and a pan and the little bedroom has a little cupboard. The studio is suitable for someone of sober habits who is just starting out or a mature person like myself. If required a bed, desk, bookshelf, small tv could be provided.
