If raw food, Paleo or primal is the name of your diet, or you simply like your veggies in spirals, the Spirelli from Gefu is your new best friend with. Think veggie spaghetti, easy stir fry, or fancy garnishes for the sushi plate. Simply use the Spirelli like a pencil sharpener, where the veggie is the pencil and the Spirelli the sharpener (which means there'll be a little leftover, which you can slice as normal). Spirelli can cut spirals in two thicknesses (2x3mm or 3.5x5mm) and vegetables like carrots, marrows and cucumbers work best, because of their shape and harder texture.
