SPACIOUS ROOM AVAILABLE IN STUDENT HOUSE IN SOUTH AFRICA

We have a very nice student house, fully equipped in Claremont. The house is currently occupied by students from all over the world and everyone studying different things. There are 3 rooms available as three of our housemates are going back to their countries. The rent includes water and capped wifi. Electricity is excluded. Would prefer to get a clean, tidy person whose considerate of others. The room prices differ but they range from 4500 to 5000. We do not have rooms available for less.
