SOFT MEDIEVAL SWORD AND SHIELD FIGHTING LESSONS FOR KIDS IN IN CAPE TOWN

Learn how to do medieval sword fighting with soft shield and soft sword in a fun environment. Ages 5 to 12 years. Children Learn: • Self-discipline and the mental focus to carry out tasks to completion, • To say “NO” when they feel something is not right, • To stand up against “bullies” and defend themselves if need be, • To control their bodies and gain greater physical coordination, balance and speed, • To be responsible and develop self-control. Lessons are every Wednesday at 16h00 in Parow North Recreation Hall in De Grendel street. Fees are R60 per lesson.
