The property is fully enclosed with a remote controlled gate for easy access. The property has 3 bedrooms, all with queens size beds. Two bathrooms one with shower and one with shower over the bath. There is a lovely enclosed braai room and a very large heated swimming pool. The house is completely furnished and has linen, crockery, beach towels, with wash machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Additional services include full DSTV, WIFI access and a char once per week to do all cleaning and laundry. Rates exclude a breakage deposit fee and a cleaning exit fee.
