SITE AGENT IN SOUTH AFRICA

Site Agent Previous experience with large construction companies and on large refurbishment projects will be a distinct advantage. Site Agent oversees the day to day operations of site work. Identify any problems with onsite work activities and providing solutions. Make sure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times. Ensure project is managed accordingly to time and program. Ensure program stays within budget. Monitor the progress on site. Make sure material gets ordered and delivered. Liaise with architects and engineers. Give feedback and liaise with clients on regular basis. Minimum Requirements: 10 years experience Valid drivers license Mobile phone Civil Engineering qualification Computer literate Skills & Experience: Supervisor Site Management Experienced in finishes Setting out of duties Prioritizing duties Ordering of material utilized on site Planning of work ahead and keeping to planning schedule Recording of completed works Recording of hours worked by each employee Competencies: Confidence and decisiveness Client focus Planning and organizing Information gathering and problem analysis Quality and detail orientation Presenting and communicating information SHOULD YOU FIT THE PROFILE KINDLY FORWARD YOUR CV TO careers@wenzrecruitment.co.za Salary: R25 000
