Silver and 9ct Gold Shell Cameo Pendant Brooch   The vintage silver and 9ct yellow gold brooch / pendant is set with a shell cameo carved with a profile of a pretty lady facing right. The cameo is made primarily of silver and the shell cameo is set in a tube setting with a gold twist-wire surround.
