Sharing space available for students. Person to share a room in two bedroomed flat. The flats are not furnished, so you will have to bring your own furniture. Water and electricity are prepaid. All the flats are two bedroomed flats, so a total of 4 students are permitted in a flat. Common areas like kitchen and bathroom will be shared with other person living in flat. You need to pay deposit and a once off admin fee before moving into the flat. R1510 to be paid before you move in (deposit, rental and admin fee).
