SEPTEMBER 4 WEEK FIT CHALLENGE IN SOUTH AFRICA

WOW! We have just completed our August Challenge where we had over 120 entrants! It was a great success and we are very EXCITED for our next intake of new eager entrants for Septembers challenge! The next 4-week Fit Challenge starts on the 24th September and ends on the 22nd October . Please be advised that we will be hosting 3 X FREE sessions on Tuesday 15th, Thursday 17th and Tuesday 22nd September if you wish to join or try us out? Please liaise with me directly should you wish to attend these complimentary sessions! Details regarding the challenge are as follows: Venue: Sunningdale Sports Complex (Main Hall), Waterville Road (behind West Coast Shopping Centre, Sunningdale) Total Cost: R120 Pre-Registration (all inclusive of the below) ✔️Orientation and everyone's starting metric measurements will be done on Thursday, 24th September at Functional Fitness Sessions (every Tuesday and Thursday evening at during the course of the challenge) ✔️Body & Lifestyle evaluation of starting and ending body metrics ✔️Fun fitness start and finish time trial ✔️Optional fun active weekend events ✔️Fun and supportive community Prizes to be won for most improved metrics (August Challenge we awarded iPods, active gear and more to our most improved participants) ✔️Special Awards Evening to celebrate your results Suitable for all fitness levels!
