SENIOR INVENTORY CONTROLLER IN SOUTH AFRICA
We are looking for a results driven senior inventory controller to be responsible for the overall stock management at the The Lot Head Office. The successful candidate will be able to enhance inventory controls, meet deadlines and strategically implement best practices. Responsibilities: -Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner. -Complete all necessary stock takes. -Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved -Unpack orders and stock shelves as required. -Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding and maximizes stock system and paperwork accuracy. -Be responsible for managing and running planned stock takes. -Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system -Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved. -Ensuring stock room is neat and organised at all times- ensure stock is sorted in allocated area as per garment description. -Keep track and reporting of stock replenishments -Update and control stock catalogue Attributes: -Innovative -Computer literate -Previous work experience in stock distribution would be an advantage -Time management -Organised -Meticulous and sharp -Matric -Have the ability to work on a team or independently -Trustworthy -Thorough -Ability to work in fast pace environment -Multi-tasking -Reliable -Leadership skills -Developing of documentation and improved business systems -Communication skills If you think you have what it takes to be a part of this exciting, ever-growing company- email a copy of your CV and current photograph to admin@ilovethelot.com.
