I designed a unique self feeder drawing from many years of farming and welding experience. Advantages: Durable structure with 2.5 mm steel used throughout. Large, watertight storage tank takes 14 bags of pellets. Division in storage tank prevents aging of reserve fodder. 4.8m Feeding space on both sides. Feeding space can be adjusted for coarser fodders. Feeding area so designed that birds cannot easily access the fodder. Easy to transport and store: 3-4 units fit upright on a bakkie, also movable with tractor three-point or bale fork. Legs and rain covers can easily be removed and stored in tank.
