Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (GT N) in Titanium Grey 32GB + Orignal packing box +  Covers, Screen protectors and Car docking cradle. Its a great phone running latest version of Android available for the device (KitKat - 4.4.2). Has a nice big screen and lots of battery life. Its been well taken care of. Im throwing in all the covers & accessories that will not be of much use to me once the phone is gone.  Phone has a screen guard on the front and plastic covering on the back. The device has been in a case and with a screenguard the entire time.
