R.S.A. 1973.  50th Anniversary of ESCOM.   WM: None   Perf:  12 X 12 ½ 4 C  12 ½ others.   Control blocks of 4, mint, not   hin ged, only 5c block A that was previously hinged. The 4c and 15c (block A) is slightly off white more cream of colour. The 15c (block A) two yellow/brown spots on front.
