We have a large en-suite room available for rent in our Paradyskloof home. The room is very spacious with lots of build in cupboards and a built in desk. Large windows overlook the pool and garden. The en-suite bathroom has a shower. The room offers alot of space and privacy. You will have use of a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge (fridge will be shared with 1 other person). You are also welcome to use the pool and braai area. The room is unfurnished but a bed and extra desk or dresser can be arranged. Would be ideal for someone working in Techno Park. Sadly no pets as we already have 2 dogs and a cat. Rent includes: Cleaning service 3 days a week. Fibre Water Not included: Electricity is an extra R350 per month. Month-to-month contract. 1 month's deposit.
